Leadership
Roughly 92% of all booster club leaders (President, VP, Treasurer, etc.) are senior parents. This means that the club with senior parents, or parents in their last year of participation will leave when their child graduates the program, leaving a void in mentoring and support to incoming officers. Establishing the policy where only underclass parents can serve as club leaders will put in place a system of support for all incoming officers. Increasing the growth and productivity of your organization dramatically.
